Simpsons acquired the Domalt (Dominion Company of Canada)

Foundation of McCreath, Simpson, the grain merchanting subsidiary
of Simpsons Malt

McCreath, Simpson & Prentice & Co.Ltd was formed
to include the preparation and sale of certified cereal seed
to local growers.

Simpsons acquire the 4 malt production units of Watney, Mann, & Truman
Brewers at Abingdon, Pontefract, Ditchingham and Tivetshall.
