Berliner Weisse

Berliner Weisse is a traditional German sour wheat beer that’s light, tart and refreshingly crisp.

With a low ABV and lively carbonation, it delivers zippy acidity without overwhelming the palate. Its pale, hazy appearance and dry finish make it ideal for warm-weather drinking.  

It can range from sharply sour to softly sweet depending on how it’s served and is considered a great introduction to sour beers.
