Tripels are strong, golden Belgian ales that combine high alcohol content with striking elegance and balance.

Despite their bright, pale appearance, they pack a punch – typically featuring fruity esters like pear and apple, spicy phenols such as white pepper and clove and a touch of citrus zest.  

Brewed with Belgian yeast and often candy sugar, Tripels are light-bodied and effervescent, with a dry finish that keeps them crisp and drinkable.

The low bitterness and lively carbonation enhance their complex flavour profile.
