Shift Engineer (TVM)

Shift Engineer:

• Carrying out planned, reactive and improvement maintenance across a wide range 
  of production equipment.
• Using your electrical and mechanical skills to diagnose faults, repair breakdowns and 
  keep the plant running safely.
• Working with motors, gearboxes, bearings, three-phase systems and VSDs.
• Using our computerised maintenance management system to complete work 
  orders and support continuous improvement.
• Contributing to small engineering projects and reliability improvements.
• Supporting safe working practices and strong communication across the shift.

Key Attributes:

•  A solid mix of industrial electrical and mechanical skills.
• Experience in a production or processing environment (apprentice-trained 
  preferred).
• Logical fault-finding ability and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with programmable logical controllers (PLCs) would be an advantage, 
  but training can be provided.
• A safety-first approach and a willingness to learn our processes.

• Salary up to £56,000 per annum.
