Pale Ale

Pale Ale is a versatile and widely popular beer style known for its balanced blend of malt sweetness and hop bitterness. Traditional Pale Ales feature a toasty, biscuit-like malt character with earthy, floral hop notes and have an approachable ABV range of 4.5–6.2%.

IPA

IPA (India Pale Ale) is a hop-forward beer style known for bold aromas, pronounced bitterness, and a range of flavors from fruity and floral to piney and resinous. It spans light to strong strengths, offering both refreshing drinkability and intense, complex profiles.

Stout & Porter

Stout and Porter are dark, rich ales known for roasted malt flavours, often featuring notes of chocolate, coffee, caramel or toffee. They range from smooth and creamy to bold and intense, offering drinkability and complex, layered profiles.

Misc Ales

Versatile, flavourful beers that span light to strong bodies and malt-forward profiles. They range from crisp and easy-drinking to rich and robust, often highlighting caramel, toffee or fruity notes, showcasing both diversity and creativity.

Wheat

Wheat Beers are refreshing, often lightly spiced or fruity ales with a smooth, soft body and a cloudy appearance. They typically showcase flavours of banana, clove, citrus or mild breadiness, making them crisp, easy-drinking and highly sessionable.

Belgian

Belgian styles are complex, aromatic ales known for fruity esters, spicy phenols and a range of malt sweetness. They vary from rich and malty to dry and effervescent, offering layered flavours and distinctive yeast-driven character.
