Finest Pale Ale Golden Promise® Malt is a heritage malt known for its sweet, clean and slightly nutty malt character. It delivers a well-rounded, balanced body with a touch of honeyed sweetness and a light golden hue (typically 4-6 °EBC).

Best Pale Ale Malt is the foundation of characterful, full-bodied ales, offering a rich, bready malt backbone with a signature biscuity sweetness. Kilned slightly higher than standard pale malts, it deepens in colour (4-6 °EBC), contributing a warm golden hue to the final beer.

CaraGlow is our lightest colour caramalt (10-20 °EBC), designed to deliver subtle sweetness, a very delicate malt flavour and a touch of fruity brightness, all while maintaining a clean, refreshing finish. Its incredibly gentle crystallisation in one of our roasting drums produces a mild malty character with hay-like notes and aroma.

Dextrin Malt is a handy little tool to keep up your sleeve – a speciality malt designed to enhance body, mouthfeel and foam stability, while imparting a subtle malty sweetness without adding colour (max 3.5 °EBC). It is perfect in beers where a fuller texture and improved head retention are desired.
