Finest Pale Ale Golden Promise® Malt is a heritage malt known for its sweet, clean and slightly nutty malt character. It delivers a well-rounded, balanced body with a touch of honeyed sweetness and a light golden hue (typically 4-6 °EBC).

CaraGlow is our lightest colour caramalt (10-20 °EBC), designed to deliver subtle sweetness, a very delicate malt flavour and a touch of fruity brightness, all while maintaining a clean, refreshing finish. Its incredibly gentle crystallisation in one of our roasting drums produces a mild malty character with hay-like notes and aroma.

Caramalt is a lightly caramelised malt that enhances beers with a delicate sweetness, subtle toffee notes, and a smooth, rounded mouthfeel. With a pale golden hue (30-42 °EBC), it provides gentle caramel and honey-like flavours without overpowering the beer’s balance.

Flaked Wheat is an unmalted adjunct prized for its ability to boost mouthfeel, body and head retention, particularly in hazy and wheat-forward beer styles. Produced by steaming and rolling raw wheat, it retains high levels of proteins and gums that enhance foam stability.
