Crystal T50 gives a delicate malty flavour to beers, as well as a crunchy sweetness. You’ll detect notes of honey and toffee. Crystal T50 is perfect for brews that need a bit of perking up.
Usage
Crystal T50 provides amazing colour to beers. Use between 5-20%, and target that coveted 50L colour every time. Its subtlety makes it a perfect base for a variety of beers, from IPAs to Pale Ales and Bitters.
