As one of the UK’s largest producers of fine malt supplying some of the biggest beer and whisky producers around the world and a proud member of the Berwick community, Simpsons Malt is delighted to be this year’s headline sponsor for the annual Berwick Food & Beer Festival, from 3rd – 4th September.
The weekend event, now in it’s 9th year, is run by Berwick’s Slow Food Group and showcases the regions unique heritage and provenance for food and drink by celebrating local producers.
With a strong focus on a revamped Beer Festival offering this year, the Beer marquee will feature 10 local artisan brewers from the surrounding areas showcasing their beers.

The Berwick Food and Beer Festival takes place at The Barracks in Berwick-upon-Tweed from September 3rd – 4th from 10.00am – 5.00pm with the Beer Marquee opening into the evenings.
